2. Scope of Services
Digital Jadugar provides digital marketing strategy, search engine optimisation, performance marketing (paid advertising), content & social media marketing, lead generation, conversion rate optimisation and graphic design services. All deliverables, milestones and scopes will be outlined in specific proposals or service agreements agreed upon prior to commencement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, prompt feedback, brand assets, necessary account access (such as advertising managers, web hosting, or analytics) and timely approvals required to deliver the agreed services effectively and according to schedule.
4. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership
Upon full receipt of agreed payments, all custom creative deliverables and content prepared specifically for the client become the property of the client, excluding proprietary frameworks, preliminary concepts or third-party licensed media which remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
5. Quotations and Payment Terms
Project quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Invoices are payable in accordance with the milestone or retainer schedules agreed upon. Work on subsequent milestones or media campaigns may be paused if outstanding balances remain unpaid.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any sensitive business, commercial, financial or technical information shared during the discovery, planning and execution phases of the engagement, except where disclosure is mandated by law.
7. Performance and Warranty Disclaimers
While we apply tested marketing strategies, industry best practices and rigorous performance monitoring, search engine ranking algorithms, platform policies (e.g., Google, Meta) and market conditions are beyond our direct control. We do not guarantee specific monetary returns or third-party algorithmic positions.
